Getting our house ready to sell. All old tiles will be removed, some walls may require re-sheeting. Cement sheet required for floors.
Shower screen also required but not essential.
I have a quote (but the guy doesn't return calls) & if you are close then price will be fine.
Work can either be finished (in part or full) by May 3rd or start again May 10 (floors being polished in that week)
