We currently have a parquetry floor laid that we would like to replace/cover over with tiles. We are unsure wether we need to have existing floor removed or if this can be tiled over. The current floor is not in very good condition and we have been given no guarantees that it could be fixed to a satisfactory condition, hence our decision to replace or cover.
