The floor tiles have been laid on concrete, been painted and sealed. They have then been used for typical function centre reasons and over the years the pressure has caused a few of the tiles to be chipped and/or broken.
These damaged tiles need to be uplifted, with new tiles being laid in their place ready for painting to match the balance of the floor space.
Although price range is forced, PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE
