Old tiles need replacing in bathroom including walls and floor. Existing tiles have grout which is failing causing damage to substrate. Some FC sheet, timber stud and hob into the shower may need to be replaced.
Scope includes removal of existing tiles. Replacement of substrate as required. Installation of new tiles. Tiles are install only and will be supplied.
