Tiling in two showers need to be lifted and re-tiled, also three bathrooms need re-grouting on the walls. Note the work needs to be done due to poor workmanship before. ie current tiles are not even and hard grout has been used in the walls. currently only after a quote please do not use the aprox budget as a guide.
