Small bathroom wall tiling job just above vanity unit

We have a small area above the vanity unit (150mm by 900mm) that we need some bathroom tiles put up.
The job will entail:
- procuring the tiles and cutting to size as required
- tiling of tiles onto the wall
- sealing gaps around the vanity unit
- filling a small hole (approx 50mm by 15mm) with grout that is in the floor protruding out of the vanity
- fill with filler and smooth out a gap in the wall that was left by the old vanity unit
We are not expecting to pay more than ~$250 for this job.
