Bathroom renovation. I have two small bathrooms that will have been built from scratch next week with new walls and sits on existing concrete slab.

- I am looking to tile to 2600mm ceiling from the floor with Porcelain tiles.

- I also need two showers waterproofed and and tiled. They are 1200 x 900. The builder will finish the frame for the hob today.

- The numbers:
- 45 square meters of tiling in total.
- made up of 5 metres floor tiling and 40 metres wall tiling.
- 2 showers to be done, base and waterproofing.
- Porcelain tiles 300 x 300 floor, 300 x 600 wall (might change to 450 square)

- I cannot go out to the house in office hours so you will either need to be able to quote from the information I give you or we wil have to make some alternate arrangment.

- I appreciate this is an inconvenience but I am assuming a square metre rate for tiling is an accepted practice.
