Tiling around pool area with 1000x500mm granite tiles

We are looking to get a price on approximately 80sqm of tiling around a pool area.
There are two sections:
1. Approx 15sqm metres around pool equipment and may require some drilling of granite tiles for pipes, etc.
2. Approx 65sqm alongside pool with one section requiring cutting for drain that is about four metres long.
The job is expected to be be ready in about four weeks after other trades finish.
We are looking for an all inclusive sqm rate that includes all extras for materials, labour and other requirements.
Please note, the tiles are heavy - approx 25kg each and will probably require at least two people working to move and position tiles.
There is a rough concrete base that has already been completed and the tiles height will need to be matched to the pool coping height and layed to ensure all water runoff flows to the pit.
