Nick was lovely. He was very supportive and accommodating. He did a great job! I would definitely use Nick again! I decided to add some tiling to toilet which wasn't part of initial discussions and he was very happy to change and also purchase tiles as I was away. There was a misunderstanding with one section while I was away. He came back promptly within a few days to complete. My two minor concerns were: - Must quote with GST. I did not realize that quote did not include GST and ended up having to pay considerably more than I thought. - Job was not completed initially because the border tiles of which I had purchased ample for job were broken. Probably a bit careless and he then claimed that I was changing spec and that was not part of initial discussion. I had to re-purchase tile which was an inconvenience. Was a very small area which Nick came back promptly for so no biggie. I would still use Nick again in a heartbeat for any tiling job. Thanks Nick!
