Tiling in bathroom - removal of old,,installation of new

We're renovating a small bathroom (floor approx 5sqm, walls approx 22sqm). We will take out vanity, showerscreen, towel rails, ?toilet. Will also take off tiles if it will help to keep costs down. Walls are concrete, may need waterproofing aswell? I have bought tiles - polished porcelain for walls and glazed floor tiles.
Small chance we we will have a simple border (same height around the 4 walls).
