Need our balcony to be screeted, waterproofed and tiled. The balcony is approximately 17sqm. Currently the balcony leaks water into the downstairs bedroom and this needs to be fixed. A fall in the tiling to the drain also needs to be taken into account. Tiles already purchased, ready to begin work.
