Clean & seal & grout bluestone wall capping & step treads. Sealant will be provided (Aquamix Enrich & Seal). Tiler to provide grout (Ardex EG15 Charred Ash)
Mortar (or whatever recommended type of fill) to base of downpipes x2.
Repair grout work to various outside tiles. Tiles are 600mm x 600mm with approx. 15 requiring grouting replacement to just one edge. Another 4 or 5 tiles may require grout repair / replacement to 2 or more edges.
Repair tile break using existing piece of tile plus another tile with chipped edge.
Apply dark grey polyurethane sealant (or such other product as recommended) to gaps where concrete meets tiled edge (4 locations ranging in length from 800mm to approx. 3000mm)
Silicone edge to small section between storm drain and concrete wall. Approx 1500mm.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL TILERS ONLY with all necessary equipment including that required for the grouting repairs. Work would need to be completed by 14 October at the latest.
