Two rooms riles - a bathroom and laundry

Bathroom:
Tile over existing. The current tiles are in good order, just looking to update the look. Room is 2350 x 2750. All to be tiled apart from footprint of toilet, bath and vanity. Doors will be fine to swing once the floor is at the new level, no work required. The one complication is two PVC drains to be raised to the new floor level, are there extenders for this sort of thing or can they be unscrewed a little to raise them? I believe they are a standard size - 80mm diameter on inside ring, 110mm on outside/border ring.
Laundry
Tile over concrete after I rip up the existing lino. 2350mm x 1800mm, all to be tiled part from footprint of sink and linen cupboard. No drains in laundry to worry about, and again no issues with doors hitting the slightly higher floor.
Supplies:
I'll provide the tiles, they will be 330mm x 300mm. I'll require black/dark grout and any attachment that may be required to raise two PVC drains in the bathroom.
