Tiling works as follows:
- Wall & floor tiled area as specified as per plan
- Floor tiles: 400 x 400 Ceramic tiles
- Kitchen, bathroom & laundry wet areas: 200 x 300 Ceramic tiles
- Showers to be approximately 2.1m high
- Bath hob - 500mm above the bath - Horizontal
- Installation of laundry trough & tiled splashback
- Installation of tiled splash back for kitchen 80 mm high above bench.
- The tiling price includes all materials including glue, grout & trim
- The tiling price includes installation of feature strip in the showers
Approx Floor Area: 72 sqm
Approx Wall Area: 10 sqm
Total: Approx: 82 sqm
Rate paid is $28 ext Gst ($30.80 inc gst)
Tiling: $2,296 ex Gst ($2,525.60 inc Gst)
Waterproof works to following:
- Showers x 2 @ 900 x 900
- Bath hob x1
- Laundry trough Splash back x 1
- Basin vanity x 2
Require waterproof certificate to be supplied.
Pay for above works:
$250 ex gst ($275 inc Gst).
Would like someone who can do both.
Will test with 1 lot first, but have got multiple lots.
Trade will require ABN, White card and insurance.
Plans can be provided.
