Need our balcony to be waterproofed and tiled. The balcony is approximately 17sqm. Currently the balcony leaks water into the downstairs bedroom and this needs to be fixed. A fall in the tiling to the drain also needs to be taken into account.

Nick was initially very good with explaining all and even gave me a competitive quote. However, when I booked him in to come and tile he never turned up. After many calls, he finally called me back and told me that he had a family issue and was going to hire somebody else on his behalf to do my job. I never heard from him again.
