Large Yukka is pressing against rendered brick fence and causing cracks. Needs to be cut down with a chain saw and removed. Yukka is about 4 m high and fence is about 1.6m. Most of yukka can be cut down from outside on footpath and the remaining from inside. The actual stump doesn't need to be removed. Will need a chainsaw and ute / trailer to remove. you are welcome to sell or replant the cuttings as they replant well.
