we have a block at riverstone that is 1114 sq/m and slopes toward the back of the property. it has 18m frontage with street access, and is around 60m deep, sloping down wroughly 3 - 4m.
we need an estimated cost to clear all trees (about 4 or 5 dozen, almost no bushes) and prepare the land for building.
