One tree in front courtyard that i'm concerned is not suitable for my residence and could potentially be affecting my home.
i'm unsure of the type of tree but it looks like the trees you find on st kilda road in the city. the leaves look like maple leaves and fall down during autumn/winter. it is about 2 stories high.
i live in a townhouse complex so there isn't too much room between other townhouses.
