Repair reclining mechanism on lounge chairs

The back of one of the lounge chairs has become discooncted from the reclining mechanism and cannot be adjusted, which means the chair cannot be used and the back is very loose and non-supportive.. the lever on the second chair when pulled out, does not release the recliner, therefore this chair can not be adjusted into a comfortable reclining position either. this lounge suite was recently re-upholstered for $3200. the reclining mechanisms on both chairs were working perfectly before and after the chairs were re-upholstered. i want to have these chairs fixed asap, can you help me?
