We have just bought an old terrace house in Brunswick, Melbourne. Archicentre identified some rising damp and we need to get advice and quotes within the next couple of weeks so we can plan what needs to happen before moving into the house. We don't know yet whether we need to hire for the job immediately, or if there are short term steps that can be taken, with a larger job planned for 18 months time when we renovate properly.
