When the roof was done they have done the gullies on the roof however they have concreted all the gaps. So there are no gaps for ventillation.
Also there are some cracks and also broken tiles. Because there are no gaps the water is going into the cracks and because there is no ventilation the water just sits there, hence causing mould.
Fill the gaps on the roof, replace broken tiles and install some whirly birds, at least 2, to help with ventilation.
Also need to clean the mould inside.
Inspection to determine quote can be arranged.
