Cover chimney pots to prevent backdraft/rain/etc over disused fireplaces

I want to cover two chimney pots. The fireplaces aren't used, and I want to keep out the backdraft/ bird poo / rain and the accompanying crumbly lime mortar that spills into the house. Looking for an external cover, over the top of the two comney pots on a hard to reach chimney - somone in the future may want to use the fireplaces... Evidently i can't attach a photo but they can be seen from streetview.
