Fix shower where base has given way possibly rotten wood

Hi there
i would like someone to have a look at my apartment asap but actual work would start on the 10/apr/09, as i still have renters in there.
the shower base gave way, and we repalced the tiles in the shower and the waterproof membrane. now it looks like the whole bathroom is unsteady, and with enough pressure could give way. underneath to the tilel in the bathroom, it looks like all the wood is wet and rotted, so the whole bathroom would need to be pulled out, put new wood, new tiles, and to stop the leaks. a quick fix was attempted by the last guy, of only trying to fix the shower base, but this only lasted about 10 months, as the water has spread accros underneath the whole bathroom.
