Ronggang requested 2 quotes from Waterproofing Professionals in Middle Park
The deck was leaking through the ceiling 2 years ago because the damaged waterproofing membrane. The newflex WAM fiber membrane was installed to deck over top of existing exposed membrane. Leaking occurred again after 15 months. I gonna rip off all the old membranes and put on new membranes. Look forward to a check of the deck this weekend and more discussion regarding the solution.
