We have a large concrete balcony that needs to be waterproofed. the house is a two storey structure. the balcony is leajking down to the rooms below. i need the balcony waterproofed. at present the... We have a large concrete balcony that needs to be waterproofed. the house is a two storey structure. the balcony is leajking down to the rooms below. i need the balcony waterproofed. at present the area has a old pagola/fence and old slate tiles that will be removed by us, as well as the sand. then we will require the whole area to be waterproofed so we can stop the leaks. once this is done we will then be able to get the fall correct and tile the balcony.
