Moisture seeping into the subfloor

LAN requested 2 quotes from Waterproofing Professionals in Essendon

As the structure of the house has garden around the foot of the house. We have been advised to get some treatment to stop the rising damp in the brickwork.

There is moisture seeping into the sub floor which is coming from the vegetation located against the structure. High levels of moisture around the footing can disturb the foundations and can also cause rising damp in the brickwork. This can lead to rotting of timbers and can attract termites.

I would like to have someone to inspect the place and give me a quote on the treat to this problem.

Also I would like to have a quote on how to prevent termites as well for our sub-floor of the house.
