want to cap off a chimney we do not use - it doesn't leak when it rains but gets lots of dust in it from outside so we just want someone to get up and put a cap on it to seal it off. would need a ladder on roof to reach the top of the chimney - hence requesting a professional quote to do this! we are in preston vic 3072
