Repairs to a tiled balcony to prevent water leakage into rooms below

  Investigation of the site to determine cause of water damage and recommendation of a 'fix'. Water appears to be entering the ceiling cavity (possibly from the balcony above). Based on previous work that has been completed to try and fix the problem, I suspect we will need to completely remove the tiles and screeding and install new screed, new membrane, new tiles, and caulk all junctions.
