Water is seeping from my bathroom into the apartment below. The cause of the water leakage is from the bath/ shower. It appears the plaster boarding behind a few tiles needs replacing and the grouting around those tiles need re-sealing. Other areas of the bath/ shower may need waterproofing. Although this is a simple , smallish job it is quite urgent and i would appreciate a prompt response
