Rising damp in back patio

House is duplex about 10 yrs. We bought in Feb 11. No signs of damp. Had under slab termite protection recharged 25 March 11. In last month noticed damp on back patio floor and salt deposit. Also on back wall of house and brick wall dividing our patio from neighbour. Don't know if damp is from termite protection or simply due to so much rain in last month or so. No signs of damp yet inside but am concerned this may simply be concealed by wall boards.
