Every winter we will have walls that are damp. The house is double brick circa 1930 that was fully renovated inside. The outside of the brick are not rendered but left as is.
Double fans range hood in the kitchen and ducted heat lights and fans in the single bathroom.
Currently we are using dehumidifier to constantly control the humidity but will like more permanent solutions.
