I noticed the architrave on bathroom door starting to rot at the bottom. I have regrouted the shower, siliconed & sealed it. Fall to floor waste isn't correct as water ponds on back left corner. Grout/silicone in that corner never dries and fails. Shower screen is in good condition but sits on the tiled floor, no hob. I'm worried that it may be leaking to wall & floor joists as it's a first floor bathroom and gets a lot of use by 3 teenagers!
