The floor area for both bathrooms is approx 8m2. In the main bathroom there is a Spa with a shower overhead, a vanity and toilet. The ensuite has a 1500mm long shower, a wall basin and toilet. It is a lowset house, the concrete has been cut to do plumbing and has now been reconcreted. I will also need the form completed to submit for council certification.
