  Online community membership website needs to be designed & programmed with backend database capability and Admin control panel. Need a long term relationship with designer to maintain and improve website on 'as required' basis. Initial design to be based on Fixed Fee and any additional support to be based on Hourly rates.

Site will feature freelance professionals and talent holders who can enlist themselves and their skills under designated categories where service seekers can look for them in a free environment. Categories will feature non-it related, service based, in-person type of skills and therefore will require local geographic information for target countries to be built in.

Site will need to have targeted advertising built into it. No payment processing capabilities are required.

The deal is to feature handing over of all coding in usable form back to me. The control panel and site CSS design will need to enable me to get in and make minor changes and/or put up additional pages on my own, monitor user activity and other mandatory control panel tasks. There are several ready scripts available and I am happy for these to be modified by you if you deem fit for ease and reduction in price. Use google to search for 'freelance scripts' to get access to these.

The changes I need to be able to make will include placing of advertising, addition of new pages, adding and deleting categories, etc amid other minor maintenance chores. I have basic web designing and publishing skills with Frontpage, Netobjects Fusion and Dreamweaver at basic skill levels. Necessary graphics will obviously need to be placed into the site to make it user friendly and interactive.

Site will also require search and list filtering capabilities.

I am happy to work with you to build up a further briefing document and am also open to discuss the fixed fee build-ups in detail to work the budgets set in the project to sensible figures.

I will need an NDA / Confdentiality agreement signed.

Bidders are required to be price sensitive. I will need assistance in understanding how much cash contribution will be required to get the site up and running (for costs beyond your fixed fee), eg. SSL - Is it reqd? Why?, etc etc.

I will need one on one contact with you by phone at several times during this project.

I need to have this up and running in about 4 weeks from sign-off and am flexible on this duration as long as there is sufficient explanation and planning put in from your end.
