I need a small website setup to explain my business and pricing.

I have typed the total content of my website in Microsoft word format. I am expecting the website to look pretty much as it does in the word document. Note I just want a basic white page background with black lettering layout. I have two identical letter heads I want to use and each of them contains two small images. I hope they will not be a problem.
I actually want the website to only contain two longish pages so it is easily accessed from mobile phones. The total length of my word document is 10 pages with about 1800 characters. This includes it being setup in 1.5 spacing and lots of spacing to make it easy to read. The second page of the website is to be accessed by a pricing button and it is to be a pricing page. It should become obvious when you open the word document I will supply or can before we agree on the terms.
I don't want anything fancy at all, no customised fields or order forms. I really want the client to manually type in my email address as this will reduce the spam traffic to my email. I expect most of my business to be conducted through the phone and the website is just for additional information and advertising my services.
I have already organised a domain name which is soilengineering.com.au. The site hosting has been organised through iinet. I have the password when you are ready to start the website construction.
Can you please give me an indicative pricing and the time it would take the website to be created.
