I stopped notifying previous job and posted this again because did not select correct "services I need" the first time Most importantly I want > 99% UVA and > 99% UVB blockage. I know Solargard brand has > 99% UVA and UVB blockage. Definitely want kitchen, laundry, dining room window and second bedroom window tinted. With second bedroom privacy is very important but also want some privacy for other windows. Unsure about whether I should also do some other windows in my 2 bedroom unit and need advice. Most likely the only other room would be the other bedroom to keep out heat. The living room is largely shaded by trees and toilet and bathroom probably don't get enough use to justify tinting. Some heat blockage would also be good especially for second bedroom which does not have air conditioning. Ideally it would be great if there was some type of window tint that gets darker according to how hot/bright it is so it provides maximum light throughput in winter months and maximum heat resistance in warmer months (this would be especially beneficial for the kitchen). I am vaguely aware of such technology for spectacles but not aware of it existing for home window tinting. Approx window measurements are: Kitchen 180 X 100cm, dining 200cm X 90 cm, laundry is 90 cm X 50cm and second bedroom is 180cm X 150cm Living room I don't think has much UVA/UVB due to trees in the way but maybe worth it My bedroom is 210cm X185cm, living room is 205cm X 270cm and bathroom window is 117cm X 65cm Before giving the go ahead, apart from needing to know costs I would also want details of exactly what brand and type of tint is being used for all the windows, heat blockage and light reduction characteristics, details of the warranty offered, how many years you have been in business etc I have also heard sometimes neighbours can complain because the window tint reflects light back onto them. Can this be avoided? I would need advice on if this could be an issue. I will be on annual leave from 6 Feb to 14 Feb. I want you to look at my place in that date range, preferably towards the start.
