Quote for work turned out to be incorrect as thought we had said mms and we had said cms. Hence price was much more than quoted. this was accepted as a geninue mistake so O.K. As house is tenanted we left an addressed envelope for receipt to be posted to us. Two months later we still need this receipt. I have sent 2 emails to Protech and made 2 phone calls about this matter and still no result. We need the receipt for both tax and insurance.
