Remove glass bricks and replace with a window

We have a window that is 78cm squared that is currently bricked in with glass bricks. I would like someone to remove the glass bricks and install a window.
The window should be wood framed around the glass, lockable and have two halves that open inward. The window should also contain a fixed insect screen.
Please note that the window cavity has an irremovable security grill on the outside (it backs onto a car-park) which needs to remain in place - hence why the window must open inwards.
