Replace existing wind out window with a sliding window

We have a wooden frame window that is half plain glass (ie not able to open) and half wind-out window. We want to be able to open the window wide to let more air in and so we think it needs to be replaced all together with a sliding window (with fly-screen). We are open to suggestions as to the replacement but the main thing is that we can open the window right up for air flow. The whole window is roughly 2.5m high and 2m wide.
