Reasonable in-roof access is available however manhole requires someone of average fitness to get into due to corner placement in walk-in-robe. Units are supplied with switch but no cabling. Instructions state an isolating switch is required - this is not included and may need to be supplied if this needs to be seperate from standard house safety switches.
