Quality cutting of entrance tile important requirement for works. • The tiles and carpet to be removed and disposed of at tip. • Following material to be provided by me – o bamboo floating boards (type: floor select 128mm width, double tongue & groove, engineered bamboo high gloss from bunnings); quads and strips to bedrooms; underlay (please let me know what is best thickness). Next steps I am looking for somebody to supply a quote for the above job: - ripping up tiles and carpets (and cutting of bathroom entrance tile) of flooring area and surface preparation, if needed; removal and disposal of all ripped up tiles and carpet to tip (all tip costs to be included in quote); - full floor installation, including all ancillary works (such as underlay, installing quads and boundary strips, cutting bathroom entrance tile etc); - pick up of materials from Bunnings (~10minutes from house) I will provide the above flooring materials – anything else, please let me know and include in quote. I am open to ideas on timber if you supply (looking for high gloss, timber/ bamboo in lighter colours) but currently chosen bamboo floor as per photos above. Please let me know how long you envisage the works will take and when you can start the works. If you have references, samples of past work, that would also be of interest.
