Ducted heater has two selectable zones: upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs zone is fully operational and can be selected and deselected. Upstairs zone is stuck off with no air flow comming from... Fan keeps switching on by itself, despite everything being switched off. Unable to switch it off using the monitor and can only switch it off by turning off the mains. Happens at random times on... Ducted heater unit installed 12 months ago, it was put in the wrong spot. Tried to deal with it, built a shed around it, but no good. Need it moved about 5 or 6 meters along the same wall....
