Previously I have been able to get around this problem by turning off the main power to the outside unit then turning back on and choosing the "reset" option (after which it will work after a brief display of a "Err 56 Hi" message). However, the reset workaround does not seem to work now and the unit just displays the "Err 62 Hi" message.
