I have had some house extension drawn up by an architect. i have budget ready to go. i am now in the process of getting quotes to move forward. the work is basically the addition of two rooms , one at the front, one at the rear. there is also a significant change to the roof line. this will require the removal of an asbestos roof and replacing with new roof with the appropriate roof lines. i will be after two quotes from all vendors , 1 to complete all work inside and out, the other to just do structural work, (ie leave the interior unfinished). i have drawings that i can email for further clarification before a site visit is required.
