The changes I need to be able to make will include placing of advertising, addition of new pages, adding and deleting categories, etc amid other minor maintenance chores. I have basic web designing and publishing skills with Frontpage, Netobjects Fusion and Dreamweaver at basic skill levels. Necessary graphics will obviously need to be placed into the site to make it user friendly and interactive. Site will also require search and list filtering capabilities. I am happy to work with you to build up a further briefing document and am also open to discuss the fixed fee build-ups in detail to work the budgets set in the project to sensible figures. I will need an NDA / Confdentiality agreement signed. Bidders are required to be price sensitive. I will need assistance in understanding how much cash contribution will be required to get the site up and running (for costs beyond your fixed fee), eg. SSL - Is it reqd? Why?, etc etc. I will need one on one contact with you by phone at several times during this project. I need to have this up and running in about 4 weeks from sign-off and am flexible on this duration as long as there is sufficient explanation and planning put in from your end.
