We have a ducted heating unit in the roof, its roughly 2 years old, not sure on the brand. yesterday we had the power off while some other electrical works were done. when power was restored the control unit for the heating unit would not come back on. it is a digital display, i removed the display and tested with multimeter and found no voltage running down the line. i checked the power socket in the roof and there is power up there, but no power between control unit and heating unit. would like to have someone look at it asap. i hope this is enough information.
