Hi. i've got a first floor apartment and the window in my bedroom (driveway below) is broken. the reason it happened is due to a partially rotted frame and one day when it had been raining and the frame expanded, i tried to open it (with a winder) and the whole thing cracked (into about 10 sections). it's currently being held together with tape and is a bit dangerous. i'm not sure whether the entire frame needs replacing, but have been advised that probably only the affected sections need attention. the rest of the (3) glass panels are fine, but the wood may not be? i'm inbetween work at the moment, so i would love to hear from a reasonably priced window-repair-miracle-worker that can help. : ) thanks! anna
