I have a two level brick home and have noticed damp areas appearing along the ceiling on back landing section (the length of the affected area is about 10 metres * 1 metre). i suspect leaking water... I have a sliding glass door with a crimsafe patio door on the outside. i would like to install a pet door into the crim safe sliding door. i have looked on line at pre purchased pet doors but they do not seem to be suitable. the crim safe has locking mechanisms and is not suitable for the patio insert style of doors. other options seem to be for wooden doors or glass and would not sit flush to allow the doors to slide open. i would like to have the glass door open when not at home as the laundry where the dog is kept gets hot in summer. the crimsafe slider is secure with the glass open. i would also like a remote control option if possible. if you have any experience and can recommend a solution and install, i would be most grateful

There are 2 places on the roof (one where the upstairs downpipe meets the downstairs roof and other on the gable of the 2nd story roof) that require fixing. the upstairs apparently the flashing...
