I am painting my double story house and need a special ladder delivered to rent so I'm able paint the wall edges above the stair case safely. I can reach the main wall with an extendable roller... I can reach the main wall with an extendable roller from the top level floor, however cannot reach the top edge that spans over a few metres with the paint brush. The ground floor is not visible when I'm on the top level, you can only see the 3rd step and above, so I'm thinking a special ladder that sits on the top level that can be securely mounted might be the only option.

I have a lg dishwasher (model no ld-14at2) that doesn't wash properly. the dishwasher was purchased new by the previous owner and ever since we've been in the house we've never been able to get a clean wash. i have tried checking for blockages and ran the "finish" wash through the dishwasher but it hasn't improved. i estimate the dishwasher may be approx 3-4yrs old and it hasn't worked for us in the past 18mths. seems to run through the cycle ok but plates & glasses don't come out clean and are still relatively wet. not sure if it's a service or repair that is required
