Hi, our office has tiling in the reception area and is the first thing that people see when they first enter our floor from the lift. the tiles are looking quite grotty and although we have... Hi, our office has tiling in the reception area and is the first thing that people see when they first enter our floor from the lift. the tiles are looking quite grotty and although we have cleaners who regularly mop our floors regularly everynight, they really need extra care and attention which requires professional services. there are marks on our white tiles which don't seem to go and we will need the floors buffed, polished and cleaned by removing an amout of grout if we were to get rid of them,which has accumulated over time can you please find me three quotes and names of who i can contact that will be able to get up to our 6th floor via a lift and do the job after hours from 5pm. 5.30pm is the best time to do the job and preferrably on a friday so it allows the weekend to fully dry the floors and this time is when less people will be around in the office. i also have four white velvet fabric chairs that are in reception area which needs to be steam cleaned. they would need to be done afterhours from 5pm and be a friday afternoon to allow the chairs to fully dry by the following working day and to avoid visitors sitting on damp chairs. if you can send me the best three businesses which offers these services specfically for commerical premises. thanks mel
